It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to name, address, contact details or payment information must be reported to support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.
777ex operates KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage — at registration, before your first withdrawal, when making deposits above certain thresholds, or when requested by the compliance team at any time.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount of qualifying wagers that must be completed before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times). Game contributions toward wagering vary by game type — slots typically contribute at 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet restriction applies. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit during a bonus period is a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus, wagering progress and any associated winnings being voided.

In the event of a system malfunction, software error or network interruption that disrupts the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, 777ex reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated from a clear and demonstrable malfunction are not payable. "If it's too good to be true, it probably is" — players are expected to report apparent errors rather than exploit them.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player following verification.
You may close your 777ex account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bonus wagering requirements remain. Accounts closed with an active bonus will have the bonus removed. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the standard withdrawal process, subject to KYC completion.
Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement are treated with additional care. Re-opening of a self-excluded account may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and additional verification before reinstatement is permitted.
